Gaskins Engineering department consists of 7 Professional Engineers and 2 Engineers-In-Training with over 25 years of experience. Any firm can provide a design, but our engineers spend time to truly understand the goals of the project, and then they think through the construction process to deliver value-driven, realistic designs. Our services include roadway design, erosion control design, utility system design and modeling, storm water design, hydrology studies, grading design and analysis.

Commercial
Gaskins understands the specific needs of a wide variety of commercial projects, and caters it's plans to make
sure these needs are clearly addressed. Our experience ranges from retail, commercial offices, shopping centers and banks. Our team works
seamlessly with the landscape architects, building architects and other members of the project team to ensure projects come in on time and
under budget.
Industrial
Understanding the requirements of an industrial site is key to providing practical solutions. Gaskins takes
time to understand the specific needs of each site, and then provides unique solutions that creatively meet these needs of specific equipment
and industrial processes of the end users.
Multi Family Residential
Gaskins Multi-Family experience includes apartments, townhome developments, single level quads, multi-story
condominiums and cottage products. Multi-Family projects require a high level of detail and thought, and Gaskins is uniquely equipped to
provide designs that ensure a successful product.
Municipal Infrastructure
Gaskins has served many municipalities by offering it's experience in system modeling, planning, and design
to help make decisions on existing facilities as well as future designs. Projects have included sanitary sewer lift stations, large diameter
water lines, sanitary sewer outfalls and water reuse distribution systems.
Single-Family Residential
Gaskins has designed and platted literally hundreds of subdivisions ranging from 3 to 3000 lots, including
over 9 master-planned golf communities and prestigious neighborhoods in the metro-Atlanta area. Gaskins has built a reputation of
delivering responsible designs that residents can live with for years to come.
Transportation
Gaskins has designed hundreds of miles of local and collector roads, and understands specific challenges
related to transportation projects, including coordination of utilities, right-of-way dedication and procurement, traffic coordination and
linear erosion control design..
